Under the agreement, PhilHealth will leverage MMDA's expansive digital and non-digital media platforms strategically positioned throughout Metro Manila.

The partnership signifies a concerted push to disseminate timely information on PhilHealth services and healthcare entitlements to its members, enhancing public access and understanding.

Meanwhile, the MMDA has pledged its commitment to facilitating the display of PhilHealth information materials across its diverse advertising avenues.

The health insurer has also pledged to prioritize conducting orientation seminars and other information dissemination activities for the employees and beneficiaries of the partnering agencies during special events, fostering a culture of informed healthcare utilization.

PhilHealth highlighted its primary focus on promoting social marketing and advocacy surrounding the National Health Insurance Program, underscoring its commitment to advancing equitable healthcare access for all.

It noted that this latest development builds upon the growing synergy between PhilHealth and MMDA, which commenced in 2019 and has since witnessed annual renewals.
