P13.3-B shabu intercepted in Batangas

ALITAGTAG, Batangas – Authorities intercepted suspected shabu worth P13.3 billion in Barangay Pinagkrusan here on Monday morning, April 15.

LAWMEN intercepted suspected shabu worth P14 billion in Alitagtag, Batangas.

Police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency were conducting a checkpoint in the area and flagged down a Foton Traveller Van with license plates CBM-5060.

They searched the vehicle and discovered sacks of shabu weighing two tons with an estimated market value of P13.3 billion.

The contraband and the van driver were brought to the Batangas Police Provincial Office for proper disposition and investigation.
