Caloocan City gov't offers free ride to commuters amid transport strike
The Caloocan City government offered the “Alalay sa Mananakay” free ride service due to transport strike on Monday, April 15.
Mayor Dale Gonzalo " Along" Malapitan assured the general public that the city government is ready to render assistance.
A total of 50 rescue units, including two buses, were made available to provide free rides to commuters during the stransport strike.
Malapitam encouraged the residents to immediately report any traffic-related incident to proper authorities or to contact the Alert and Monitoring Hotline (02) 888-ALONG (25664).
