2 men wanted for drug cases arrested in Pasay City

Two men wanted for illegal drug charges were arrested in separate operations in Pasay City on Friday, April 12.

Pasay City police chief Col. Mario Mayames identified the suspects as alias DJ, 31, of Tramo St., Pasay City, and alias Mike, 37, of Pag-Asa Street, Maricaban, Barangay 185, Pasay City,

Mayames said DJ, tagged by the Pasay City Police as Top 10 wanted person , was nabbed at around 3:40 p.m. on Tramo St. by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Edil Wasif Tapsiril Baddiri of Pasay City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 115 on March 11, 2024, with a recommended bail of P200,000.

The city police chief said Mike was arrested by members of the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) at around 9:40 p.m. at a convenience store in Barangay 201, Pasay City.

He was arrested based on a warrant issued by Judge Albert T. Cansino of Pasay City RTC Branch 108 on February 5, 2024, with no recommended bail.
