PUP to shift to online classes until April 30


The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) announced on Friday, April 12, the temporary shift to an online mode of classes until April 30.

In light of the current situation, PUP cited the challenges posed by the high heat index and the reported series of transport strikes as the primary reasons for this decision.

The university said that it will transition to synchronous and asynchronous starting on Monday, April 15.

Despite the transition to online, PUP said that laboratory classes and other scheduled activities may proceed subject to consultation with the students.
