DPWH completes P5-M access road in Pangasinan

DAGUPAN CITY – The Department of Public Works and Highways has completed the construction of an alternate route from Barangay Lucao here to the town of Binmaley, Pangasinan.

Residents and motorists are expected to benefit from the half-kilometer Lucao Road that will ease heavy traffic, particularly during rush hours.

The project was implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Pangasinan Second District Engineering Office led by District Engineer Edita L. Manuel.

The project was built for P4,948,484.76 under the General Appropriation Act of 2023.

Travel time in the area is expected to decrease from the usual 45 minutes to one hour to just 20 to 30 minutes with the new road.
