Ayala Land's Alviera project in Central Luzon emerged victorious at the 2024 Titan Property Awards, securing three accolades.
Alviera A-Block clinched the gold award in the Property Strategic Program Property Launch category. Additionally, Alviera received two silver awards: one in the Property Social Marketing Social Influencer Marketing category for its campaign "Alviera: Where Adventure and Nature Meet," and another in the Property Social Marketing Social Engagement category for its "Celebrate Christmas at Ayala Land's North Estates" campaign.
In a statement posted on its Facebook account, Alviera expressed its gratitude for the recognition, stating, "Alviera is honored to receive the 2024 Titan Property Awards, as a recognition of excellence in property marketing for strategic program and social marketing that translates Alviera's dedication in quality development and commitment in creating innovative, sustainable living spaces for the community."
Alviera, Ayala Land's flagship mixed-use estate in Porac, Pampanga, is a collaborative effort with Leonio Land. Spanning 1,800 hectares, this expansive property features a commercial district, business and industrial park, university zones, retail centers, a country club, recreational areas, and residential neighborhoods.
