Shabu buy-bust nets 2 suspects in Taguig

Two men were arrested by police operatives during a shabu buy-bust operation in Taguig on April 10. 

The Taguig Police’s Drug Enforcement Unit conducted the operation in Barangay Western Bicutan at about 10:45 p.m.

The police identified the suspects as alias Belga, 50, and alias Gaut, 21. The police also seized six plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, weighing 30 grams with an estimated value of P204,000, and two P200 bills used as buy-bust money. 

The suspects are in police custody and will face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
