Philippine Village Hotel set for demolition, MIAA says

The Philippine Village Hotel in Nayong Pilipino, which is located near the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 is already scheduled for demolition, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said.

In an interview, MIAA General Manager Eric Jose Ines said they are just waiting for the approval of the Pasay City local government unit to start the demolition works.

A Pasay City court earlier ruled that the Philippine Village Hotel could be taken over by the MIAA, the decision was done after deacdes of legal battle in its ownership.

The area is being eyed as an expansion of passenger terminal building of the NAIA.
