The grand launch of DIP Nikkei restaurant took place at Sheraton Cebu Mactan resort in Cebu on April 5, 2024. As Cebu’s premier dining destination, DIP Nikkei offers a fusion of modern Peruvian and Japanese cuisine, featuring bold and well-balanced flavors.
The event, led by Sheraton Cebu Mactan General Manager Dottie Wurgler-Cronin and DIP Nikkei Chef de Cuisine Rodrigo Serrano, was attended by notable figures including Apple One Group Chairman Venus Manigsaca, President and CEO Ray Manigsaca, Patrick Manigsaca and his wife Louise, Hotel Asset Manager Samantha Manigsaca, Joanna and Michael Lhuillier, Nastia Kindzerska, Iveta Trakhimchyk, Jude Bacalso, Marriott Philippines’ Sophia Altamirano, Fairfield by Marriott’s Marichu Lopez and Vina Ena Eco, and Sheraton Cebu Mactan’s Ruby Nepomuceno, JM Ceniza-Sequihod, and many more.
