1st fellowship meeting of PMA graduates and non-graduates set

The revitalized 4CL Club, as envisioned by the newly organized 4th Class Club Metro Manila (4CCMM), an organization of former Philippine Military Academy (PMA) cadets, graduates, and non-graduates, will hold its first fellowship and organizational dinner meeting on April 13, 2024 at the Kalayaan Hall of Club Filipino in San Juan City.

Dubbed as the “Usapang Plebos” Fellowship Night, the gathering where at least 250 former PMA cadets are expected to attend will be a good time for the PMAers to reminisce the old days at the academy and discuss topics such as what is best for the country and the Filipino people.

The Interim Board of Trustees and Officers, led by Trustee and Chairman 4C Roberto “Bobby” Lastimoso, PMA ’67; Trustee, President, and CEO 4C Bernie G. Miaque, PMA '87; Trustee and Secretary 4C Audie Mongao, PMA ‘92; Trustee and Treasurer 4C Leo Bungubung, PMA ’98; Trustee and PRO 4C Edmund C Tan, PMA ’80; Trustee and Business Manager 4C Raul Villanueva, PMA '90; Trustee and Auditor 4C Ace Esmeralda, PMA '89, will also be introduced during the “Usapang Plebo” Fellowship Night.

According to Miaque, the new 4C members will be welcomed accordingly based on the much-revered academy tradition on plebehood because it’s the most unforgettable and challenging chapter in a cadet's life.

“Among the gathering’s highlights would be the singing of the plebe song and the PMA alma mater song, the two most revered songs for PMAers,” Miaque said.

After the fellowship night, 4CCMM, will meet regularly, at least once every quarter, at Club Filipino, Greenhills, San Juan City or in a venue determined by the club leadership.
