NLEX went on a surge in the final salvo and dug an even deeper hole for Converge when it led 102-81 with under four minutes.
Arana topscored Converge with 20 on top five rebounds and four assists while Santos, who sank five treys, chipped in 18.
Alec Stockton also finished with double digit effort with 13 and and Deschon Winston finished with 10.
