P272K shabu seized in separate Dasma buy-busts

CAVITE – Authorities seized a total of P272,000 worth of suspected shabu from separate drug buy-bust operations in Dasmariñas City.

On Thursday, March 7, operatives from the Provincial Drugs Enforcement Unit (PDEU) arrested three suspects in a sting operation in Barangay Sta. Lucia.

The suspects, identified by Cavite Police Provincial Office as alias Paul, alias Gerly, and alias Tisay, yielded more or less 25 grams of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of P170,000.

In a separate sting operation in Barangay Salawag on Friday, March 8, Dasmariñas Component City Police Station (CCPS) operatives collared a suspect identified as alias Dhix.

Confiscated from him were more or less 15 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P102,000.

Alias Paul, alias Gerly, and alias Tisay are now under the custody of the PDEU, while alias Dhix is under the custody of Dasmariñas CCPS.

The confiscated pieces of evidence from both operations will be brought to the Provincial Forensic Unit in Imus City for examination.
