Fisher finds 20 cocaine bricks floating on sea in Eastern Samar
ARTECHE, Eastern Samar – Twenty bricks of suspected cocaine were found floating on the sea in Barangay Tangbo here on Friday afternoon, March 8.

Mayor Roland Boie Evardone said a 62-year-old fisherman Samuel Dalimpapas from Arteche discovered them while fishing at about 3:30 p.m.
Lawmen composed of the Eastern Samar Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, Arteche police, Provincial Intelligence Unit, and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency have received the large drugs stash wrapped in two large plastic bags enclosed in a fish net.
One brick had three letter Zs marked on top.
Their value and weight are yet to determined and will be known once laboratory examination is completed.
