This month, Comelec Muntinlupa will have voter registration in different venues.

On March 9 and 23, both Saturdays, it will conduct satellite registration and Register Anywhere Program (RAP) at Festival Mall in Alabang.

On March 15, a special registration for senior citizens will be held at South Park Center followed by a voter registration in Barangay Ayala Alabang on March 16.

The Comelec launched voter registration on Feb. 12 for the May 12, 2025 national and local elections. It will run until Sept. 30 this year.

Under Comelec's RAP, "qualified voters who are present in a given locality other than his or her residence city/municipality/district ...may proceed to the designated registration venues and file their applications before the created RAP Teams if he/she desires to be registered in the city/municipality/district of his/her permanent residence."

"This will cover also those individuals, who by reason of occupation, profession, employment in private or public sector, and educational activities, temporarily reside in areas outside the city/district/municipality of their residence," according to Comelec Resolution 10869.

It added, "the Commission recognizes the difficulty of numerous qualified voters who temporarily reside in areas far from their city/municipality/district by reason of (1) occupation, (2) profession, (3) employment in private or public sector, or (4) educational activities; and are required to travel back to their permanent place of residence in order to register or to transfer their existing registration record."
