A night of music, streetwear fashion with Korean rapper B.I in Manila
South Korean singer-rapper B.I, aka Kim Hanbin, returned to Manila for a show that combined music and streetwear fashion.
B.I (비아이) partnered with global streetwear fashion brand Privé Alliance for the “Privé Alliance Meets B.I” show on March 4 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Privé Alliance, founded in 2017, is a unisex streetwear label that is widely known for its unique concept of collaborating with artists for every collection.

The show marked B.I’s return to Manila. In June last year, he performed at a K-pop music concert at Araneta Coliseum. Before this, he held his “The Hidden Stage” tour in Manila in March last year.
The show opened with B.I performing his song “Loved.”
During the talk segment, he revealed his fashion style.
“I think I prefer very comfortable clothes these days. Back in the day, there were times that I preferred streetwear fashion. These days I prefer more comfortable fashion,” said B.I.
He has his own line of Privé Alliance clothing and accessories including hoodies, t-shirts, caps and sweatpants.
“I think one word that can describe the collection, looking at the context and everything, I think the word is comfort,” he said, adding that his favorite color is blue but he doesn’t like to wear it.
B.I said this year, he will go on a tour “and definitely I’ll be here too.”
“Though there is no official announcement but it’s quite certain that I will be here in the Philippines so I ask for your love and participation in the tour,” he said.
He said his tour will start in “Korea on May 18 so I need to be working out beforehand.”
During the show, B.I also performed “BTBT” and “Cosmos.”

Lucky Me!
B.I gifted fans with Privé Alliance clothing items during the “Lucky Me!” portion of the show.
Two fans who danced on stage got to take home gifts. One Filipino fan named Somi got the surprise of her life. She was dancing to “BTBT” when B.I. came out on stage.
B.I also came down to personally give the clothing items to the audience members including a six-year-old boy.
A surprise video for B.I from Filipino fans was shown on screen. In the video, fans, each holding a blue rose, defined love.

“That was so touching. I always like this kind of event. Thank you so much for doing it again for me, and I really like the idea of the video that you prepared for me this time. I really felt touched about how you prepared the video and I almost cried but, you know, I was able to hold my tears for you guys,” said B.I.
Fans also held the Garden of Blue projects that represented Filipino ID’s love for B.I. It consisted of the Rose Project where they held blue roses when the surprise video was shown.
A big banner in Korean was also unveiled by fans, which translated to “You'll never lose our love like a flower that never wilts," in reference to his line "I had a love, but I lost it" in the song “Loved.”
Fans also held the Light of Love project using cell phone flashlights.

“I’ll be back for sure so please don’t forget and wait for me until I come back. I had so much fun and I love you guys,” B.I told the audience.
