6-hour water service interruption in parts of Rizal Province until March 9

Some villages in Antipolo City, San Mateo, Binangonan and Taytay will have no water for up to six hours until March 9.
Manila Water announced on its social media pages that water service was not available from 10 p.m. on March 6 up to 4 a.m. on March 7, Thursday, in some parts of Antipolo, San Mateo, and Binangonan.
In Antipolo City, emergency leak repair along Daang Bakal corner Sumulong Highway in Barangay Dela Paz will result in the loss of water service in some parts of the village particularly Purok Kalayaan, Nagkakaisang Mahirap ng Daang Bakal; Fairmount Subdivision, Victoria Valley Subdivision, Parkridge Subdivision, Kristina Homes, Hinulugang Taktak, Summerville, Pinagmisahan; Sitio Sampaguita, Villa Cristina, Luzville, Taktak Road and J.P. Rizal.
In San Mateo, there was no water service in some parts of Barangay Ampid 1 from 10 p.m. on March 6 until 4 a.m. on March 7 due to Manila Water’s line meter and strainer declogging works.
On March 7 beginning at 10 p.m, the water service interruption will affect portions of Binangonan particularly in parts of Barangay Batingan, Layunan, Calumpang, Libis, Libid, Lunsad, Pila-Pila, Limbon-Limbon, Ithan, Darangan, Pantok, Bilibiran, Tagpos, Tayuman, and Palangoy, up to 4 a.m. on March 8, due to the line maintenance activities of Manila Water.
Starting on March 8, portions of Taytay, particularly Barangay Sta. Ana will have no water until 4 a.m. on March 9, as Manila Water has scheduled its line meter and strainer declogging works on Ejercito Avenue.
From 12 a.m. to 4 a.m. on March 9, portions of Barangay Dolores (Poblacion area) and some parts of Barangays Santa Ana and San Juan, all in Taytay, Rizal will have no water due to the scheduled line maintenance activities of Manila Water.
In Cainta, parts of Barangay San Juan and Greenland Subdivision will have no water from 12 a.m. to 4 a.m. on March 9, as Manila Water will have line maintenance works scheduled on P. Ocampo corner Rizal Avenue.
In Antipolo, the water interruption on March 5 to 6 in a community in Barangay San Roque resulted in some residents lining up to have their containers filled with water from the village fire truck.
Manila Water implemented an extended water interruption on March 6 due the delay in the maintenance works on Circumferential Road in Barangay San Roque.
