High-value individual yields P170K shabu in Dasma buy-bust

CAVITE – A high-value individual was apprehended in a buy-bust operation in Dasmariñas City on Monday, March 4.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office identified the suspect as alias Waray in a statement released Tuesday, March 5.

The suspect was nabbed after being caught in the act of selling illegal drugs to a police poseur buyer.

Operatives from the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) and Dasmariñas Component City Police Station confiscated more or less 25 grams of suspected shabu with a street value of P170,000.

Alias Waray is now under the custody of PDEU and is facing drug charges.

The confiscated pieces of evidence, meanwhile, will be brought to the Provincial Forensic Unit in Imus City.
