Lovi Poe on motherhood: I cannot fully say I'm ready

Lovi Poe is in no rush to become a mommy.

She told us recently, "That's something I will work for but in the future."

The actress related that her husband, film producer Monty Blencowe, shares the same mindset.

"Marami pa kaming gustong gawin, "she said. "So, at this point, we just want to enjoy married life."

But she's open to the possibility.

"I mean if it happens soon, I'd be very happy," she said.

Lovi is not so sure if she's ready to become a mother, though.

“It’s hard to say, di ba? Kasi parang it’s something na…my friends would usually say na they’re never prepared until it’s there so, I cannot fully say I’m ready. (But) when it happens, I will make sure that I’ll be ready.”
