DJI drops the Mic 2 on stores

DJI, makers of an impressive number of drones, have recently launched the Mic 2.

DJI boasts the Mic 2 has professional standards for wireless audio. The tech is aimed to be a simple solution for filming drone shots.

"DJI Mic 2 represents a leap forward in audio recording technology. We've combined high-quality recording functions, user-friendly designs, and noteworthy stability to empower content creators with the tools they need to capture extraordinary audio, no matter where their creativity takes them," said Paul Pan, senior product line manager at DJI.

DJI calls the Mic 2 an all-in-one, ready-to-use audio solution. It sports high-quality recording with intelligent noise canceling, so you can rest easy as the Mic 2 won’t capture wind-shredded garble. DJI says the device is an ideal companion for vlogs, livestreams and more.

The Mic 2 is a competition to a wide range of devices, though DJI did not outright specify which exactly. It also has a 1.1-inch OLED touchscreen for easy use. And as for battery life, you’ll be getting 6 hours. Eighteen with the charging case.

The DJI Mic 2 is now available at all DJI authorized retail stores and online at DJI Experience Stores across key locations including SM Aura, SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, SM North EDSA, SM Seaside Cebu, SM Palawan, and Greenbelt 5 Makati.

The DJI Mic 2 is priced at P19,000.

It can also be purchased online via Shopee (https://shopee.ph/djiphilippines/) and Lazada (https://www.lazada.com.ph/shop/dji-official-store/).
