People go through physical changes throughout the years, but Pampanga 2nd district Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has been able to roughly keep her figure from nearly 18 years ago when she was still the country's president.
This was evident in a side-by-side photo comparison-slash-collage shared by Arroyo on her Facebook on Sunday, March 3. In the two photos, she is seen wearing the same laced long-sleeved terno nearly two decades apart.
The photo on the left showed Arroyo sporting the terno during the Independence Day celebration on June 12, 2006; while the photo on the right showed her in the same outfit during House plenary session on Feb. 14, 2024.
An astute politician, Arroyo has also held the positions of senator, vice president, deputy speaker, senior deputy speaker, and House Speaker in her career as a public servant.
She will turn 77 on April 5.
