Paris Fashion Week always draws the biggest personalities in the global fashion industry. From the biggest names in the entertainment scenes to the greatest creative forces in fashion, all of them can be seen sitting on the front row, witnessing the latest collections unfold on the runway. Among them is the Philippines’ style icon heart Evangelista. With her stunning looks and undeniable beauty, Heart has turned the streets of Paris into her runway for years. This time, she walked on a literal runway during the fashion fest in Paris.

On March 2, Heart opened the runway show of fashion designer Phan Huy, which took place at the Maison De L’amerique Latine. Dubbed “Lost In The Cavern,” the pre-a-couture collection was a poignant display of dreamy gowns centered on the designer’s Vietnamese heritage. The Filipino actress graced the runway wearing a sculptural black gown inspired by the fishing rivers in Central Vietnam. This runway show marked Phan’s debut at Paris Fashion Week.

“Tam Giang Lagoo is a charming place at sunset where fishermen cast their nets and the undulating water streams glisten in the afternoon sunlight,” the fashion designer posted. “All of that creates an idyllic beauty.”
