'Queen of Tears,' 'Flex X Cop,' 'Wonderful World' among favorite TV, OTT programs in Korea

The Korean dramas “Queen of Tears,” “Flex X Cop” and “Wonderful World” were selected as favorite TV and OTT programs in March in South Korea. 

Polling firm Gallup Korea conducted its monthly survey to know the favorite broadcast video programs in South Korea. 

For March, it conducted the survey from March 19 to 21 among 1,001 respondents aged 18 and above.

TvN’s Saturday-Sunday drama “Queen of Tears,” starring Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won, took the No. 1 spot with 4.2 percent. 

“Flex X Cop,” which aired on SBS, placed 11th with 1.5 percent. 

“Wonderful World” on MBC, starring Cha Eun-woo and Kim Nam-joo, bagged 15th place with 1.1 percent. 

Here are the 20 top favorite TV, OTT programs in South Korea in March, according to Gallup Korea: 

1. Queen of Tears (drama, tvN) - 4.2%

2. Miss Trot 3 (entertainment, TV Chosun) - 3.8 

3. I Live Alone (entertainment, MBC) - 2.5% 

4. Korea–Khitan War (drama, KBS2) - 2% 

- I Am a Natural Person (current affairs, MBN) - 2%

- King of Singers (entertainment, MBN) - 2% 

7. My Little Old Boy (entertainment, SBS) - 1.9% 

- You Quiz on the Block (entertainment, tvN) 1.9%

9. Unpredictable Family (drama, KBS1) - 1.8%

10. I am SOLO (entertainment, ENA-SBS Plus) - 1.7% 

11. Flex X Cop (drama, SBS) - 1.5% 

12. World Theme Travel (current affairs, EBS) 1.2%

- The Two Sisters (drama, KBS2) - 1.2% 

- The Third Marriage (drama, MBC) - 1.2% 

15. Live Your Own Life (drama, KBS2) - 1.1% 

- Wonderful World (drama, MBC) - 1.1% 

17. Running Man (entertainment, SBS) - 1% 

- 2 Days & 1 Night  Season 4 (entertainment, KBS2) - 1% 

19. Naked History (entertainment, tvN) - 0.9% 

20. Knowing Bros (entertainment, JTBC) - 0.8%
