Ryu Jun-yeol, Han So-hee break up 2 weeks after admitting their relationship

Actor Ryu Jun-yeol of “Reply 1988” and actress Han So-hee of “The World of the Married” have broken up just two weeks after they admitted their relationship.

On March 30, her agency, 9Ato Entertainment, and his agency, C-JeS Studio, announced that the two have parted ways.

“Han So-hee broke up with Ryu Jun-yeol. Both of them realized that their roles as actors were bigger. They promised not to waste their emotions on personal matters anymore," 9Ato Entertainment said.

It added, “Han So-hee has made it difficult for herself and the public because of her personal feelings. The method of communication was not right. She is sorry. She will accept any criticism.”

“The company is largely responsible for not taking good care of the actor. We are reflecting on it. It is a bit late, but we will fix it from now on. Please watch with a warm gaze,” it said.

On March 30, Han So-hee uploaded a famous photo of Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman on her blog, hinting at their breakup. The photo showed Kidman leaving after finalizing her divorce from ex-husband Tom Cruise in 2001.

Their relationship became controversial as the two were accused of cheating on K-pop idol-actress Hyeri, who was Ryu Jun-yeol’s girlfriend for six years starting from 2016 until they broke up in November last year.

In August 2017, Hyeri and Ryu Jun-yeol, who both starred in “Reply 1988,” publicly acknowledged that they were in a romantic relationship. However, on Nov. 13 last year, news reports stated that the two stars broke up. They confirmed the breakup through their agencies.

Last March 16, Ryu Jun-yeol admitted being in a relationship with Han So-hee after they were seen in Hawaii together the day before.

“Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee have been meeting since the beginning of this year after confirming that they have mutual feelings. After Ryu Jun-yeol broke up, he got to know Han So-hee and recently confirmed his feelings for her,” said C-JeS Studios.

Han So-hee received a lot of criticism from netizens for responding to Hyeri’s Instagram post.
