K-drama 'Wonderful World' achieves first double digit nationwide rating with episode 9
“Wonderful World,” the Korean drama starring Kim Nam-joo and Cha Eun-woo, garnered its first double digit nationwide rating in South Korea through its latest episode.
According to Nielsen Korea, episode 9 of “Wonderful World” (원더풀 월드) on Korean TV network MBC on March 29 received a rating of 11.4 percent nationwide (peaking at 13 percent) in South Korea, the first time that the drama broke the double digit rating since it started airing on March 1.

This is higher by 5.3 percentage points compared to 6.3 percent for episode 8 on March 23. This is the drama’s highest rating to date. It was watched by 1.81 million people nationwide and ranked first among all programs that aired on March 29.
In the metropolitan area (Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi), “Wonderful World” episode 9 got a rating of 11.7 percent and was watched by 1.22 million people.
This is up by 5.6 percentage points compared to 6.1 percent for episode 8. This is the highest rating for “Wonderful World” in the metropolitan area to date.
"Wonderful World" airs every Friday and Saturday on MBC in South Korea, and on Disney+ globally.
