Working with newcomers

Despite being an international award-winning actress, Jose said that she has no problems working with newcomers.

In April 2022, Jose stated that she is comfortable working with newcomers in the entertainment industry.

"I will never get tired of working with the newcomers because I was once there," said Jose during a Zoom conference for the psychological thriller-drama movie "Tahan" under the production of 3:16 Media Network.

In the film "Tahan," Jose worked with newcomers Chloe Barretto, Stiff Banzon, AJ Oyteza, Karl Medina, Mac Cardona, Joseph San Jose, and EJ Salamante.

Jose advised new actors to prepare for their roles before arriving on set.

"Siyempre, pagdating sa set, we are what we are portraying na. Kasi, pag ganitong may pandemya mabilis po ang trabaho," she said.

Jose added: "So, kinakailangan naka-focus po tayo. Let’s enjoy and work, para smooth and maganda po."

In order to choose movie projects, Jose prioritizes those that are distinctive and memorable.
