Baguio City Police Office honored for successfully securing Panagbenga
BAGUIO CITY – The Baguio Flower Festival Foundation Inc. honored the Baguio City Police Office on Sunday, March 3, for successfully securing this year’s Panagbenga Festival.

Police Lt. Col. Domingo Gambican, deputy city director for operations, and Police Major Rommel Aquino received a plaque of appreciation for their unit’s exceptional service and unwavering dedication throughout the event.
Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Mauricio Domogan, Panagbenga chairman for life, feted the BCPO during the Panagbenga awarding and closing ceremonies at Melvin Jones Grandstand in Burnham Park.
Magalong and Domogan said their contributions underscored the commitment of Baguio’s Finest to uphold security and ensure the success of events during Panagbenga.
Around 1,700 policemen served as crowd control during the opening, grand street dancing, and grand float parade of the Panagbenga Festival.
