It seems like Danica Sotto shrugged off the cheating speculations involving her husband, former basketball player Marc Pingris, and actress Kim Rodriguez.
The allegation started to arise after @auntieselinamo posted on X (formerly known as Twitter), photos of Marc and Kim that were taken at the same spot in Sydney, Australia.
Also included in the Tweet was a Facebook post in August 2023, where Marc and Kim posed with some fans in the same place.
"Marc Pingris and Kim Rodriguez were spotted in the same places. Are these edited photos or merely a coincidence?” the X user captioned its post.
As the post went viral, one of Danica's close friends Pebble Duque defended Marc about the cheating allegations against him.
"He won’t do that. Maraming priorities si Marc. They have a beautiful family," Pebble wrote on her Facebook post.

In a separate post, Pebbles explained that the photo was taken last February when Marc and Danica went to Sydney. While Kim's photo was taken last week.
"That photo was taken before pa Feb 16. My besfriend Danica and him have a very beautiful family. Holy week na, dasal na lang po tayo para naman mabawasan yung mga kasalanan natin," Pebbles wrote in her post.

Danica's response to her post was casual and simple, saying that she needed to calm down.

Kim and Marc haven't said anything about the issue.
