Meanwhile, the Cauayan City Airport Police Station is on full alert status at the Cauayan City Airport this Holy Week.
Police Capt. Eduard Caballero, chief of the Cauayan City Airport Police Station, said they have established police assistant desks at the arrival and departure areas of the airport to assist passengers.
Caballero reminded passengers to refrain from bringing bullets, which some people consider as an amulet, as these are prohibited and can be detected by the x-ray machine and cause flight delay.
Most arrivals at the airport were foreign tourists from Metro Manila, he said.
