Binangonan LGU cites achievers in arts and culture

The local government of Binangonan, Rizal recognized several individuals who contributed to the progress of arts and culture during a ceremony in celebration of the town’s 124^th foundation anniversary.

Mayor Cesar Ynares said the following 10 individuals were recognized as achievers in arts and culture:

Arnold Cequena- music ; Marcelo "Mar" Ramento- men's fashion; Her Gonzaga Galang - panitikan; Pablito "Bobbit" Patag- event organizing; Gigi Lagarejos - fashion; Daniel Cado – event organizing; Claudio Aramil Jr. – visual arts; Melvin Anore- photography; Ferdinand "Bong" Anore- painting; and Alan James Lagasca - music.

During the event, the municipal government also announced the winners of various contests recently held as part of the month-long celebration of the town’s foundation anniversary.

Municipal Administrator Russel Guiller C. Ynares said the winners in the painting contest were:
