Worried JK Labajo pauses performance to show concern to a crying baby

OPM icon Juan Karlos Labajo paused his performance after he noticed a crying baby at his show recently.

JK approached the parent carrying the baby in shock, then carried the two-month old baby on stage briefly.

Then the concerned singer of "ERE" spoke with the baby's parent on stage.

JK said: "Two months? Bakit mo pinaparinig ng 'ERE' ang bata? Wala bang earmuffs si baby?"

The owner of the child apparently told JK that his songs make the baby fall asleep.

"Pampatulog ako? Pa-check mo si baby ha? Huwag yung 'ERE'! Umiiyak! Kawawa naman yung bata! Ok lang ba si baby?" the singer asked.

JK added: "So yung mga bata especially one year and below, super sensitive pa yung mga tenga nila. So as much as possible, kung dadalhin ninyo sila sa isang event, magdala kayo ng earmuff or something para hindi ma-damage yung tenga nila.

"Maraming salamat sa suporta pero please alagaan ninyo si baby. Mas marami pa tayong kantang ilalabas. Sana marinig niya balang araw.

"Sino bang merong headphone dyan or something? Kawawa naman yung bata. Headphones na hindi na ka-on. Something na ganun," JK also said.

The viral post of netizen LifeofEs on Facebook has amassed over one million views. LifeofEs reminded parents about taking their babies to concerts.

"Please maging responsable tayong nga magulang sa mga anak natin.

"Huwag nating i-sacrifice yung kaligtasan nila para sa pansarili nating kagustuhan o kaligayahan.

"Ang kaligtasan ng anak ay mas mahalaga kaysa sa pansarili nating panandaliang kaligayahan."
