Sachzna Laparan details sexual abuse in the hands of relative

Sachzna Laparan bravely opened up relating her experience being molested as a five-year-old.

The culprit? A distant relative.

She told "Toni Talks," "Ang lola ko, sobrang bait. Inampon niya, pinag-aral niya. Yung lalaki parang 17 years old nun that time. Ako naman, five years old ako. E, wala akong kaalam-alam sa bahay, kasi nga bata pa. So, kung ano ang gusto niyang ipagawa, gagawin ko."

Sachzna recalled how that same relative molested her repeatedly.

"Maraming beses kasing nagagawa (yung pagmumolestiya), e. Nandun yung hawak, paghipo sa private parts ko, tapos yung ari niya pinapasok niya sa bibig ko..."

She wasn't able to tell anyone about it as the guy actually threatened to harm her loved ones.

"Parang, 'Kapag sinasabi mo ito papatayin ko yung lolo at lola mo.' May ipinapakita siyang kutsilyo, ganyan, kaya lalo akong natatakot. 'Yung mama mo hindi mo na makikita,' ganyan. 'Yung mga yon ang hirap alisin sa memory. Lahat yon dinala ko hanggang teenager."

Sachzna grew up having trust issues as a result.

She was also diagnosed as having borderline personality disorder.

She is still dealing with the trauma but Sachzna maintained she has already forgiven her attacker.

"Hindi pa nag-sorry yung tao na yun sa akin, pero napatawad ko na siya. Panalo na ako doon. Napatawad ko na siya. Kasi feeling ko, kapag hindi ko siya napatawad, parang hindi ko rin napatawad yung sarili ko."
