Police Brig. Gen. Reynaldo Pawid, PRO-8 director, stressed the importance of patrol operations to maintain peace and order and prevent disorder in the community.
Pawid issued a marching order to personnel to exercise self-awareness while performing their duties in public.
He reminded them to practice police community relations (PCR) while conducting patrol operations.
“While conducting patrols, make sure that you are not only seen by the public but also be felt by the public. Think of ways in which you will be felt by the public by communicating and providing them with our assistance,” Pawid said.
