President Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos have recovered from their flu-like symptoms, Malacañang said.

Marcos will resume his public duties on Tuesday, March 26, it added.
"The President and the First Lady have completely recovered from their flu-like symptoms and are now in excellent health," the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) announced on Monday afternoon.
"Their attending physician has confirmed that they are free from all symptoms, enabling them to promptly return to their regular duties, effective immediately," it added.
The PCO further said that the President has been in meetings on Monday "and will resume his public duties tomorrow."
Marcos is expected to preside over a meeting on El Niño mitigation and meet with visitors from the United States and India at the Malacañan Palace on Tuesday.
It can be recalled that he and the First Lady developed flu-like symptoms on March 20 and were advised to get some rest. All public schedules of the President since then were cancelled.
