All is well now between Sarah Geronimo and Mommy Divine

Popstar royalty Sarah Geronimo has reconciled with her mother Divine Geronimo, also known to fans as Mommy Divine.

Sarah divulged this in a recent interview with ABS-CBN News, sharing how they are on speaking terms now.

"Yes, yes, thank you, Lord," Sarah said, relating how it all started with her mom reaching out to her after she received the Global Force Award at the Billboard Women in Music Awards 2024, held at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles, California last Mar. 7

Note that while there, Sarah shared how she considers her mom among her heroes.

She said, "Shoutout to my mother, Mommy Divine Geronimo, you are the best, you are my hero, I love you very much. I mean, I can not imagine myself being a mother, all the sacrifices that a mother has to do for their child, it's mind-blowing." 

In the same ABS-CBN Interview she maintained, "Totoo naman [na] ang mga mommies po natin ang heroes natin. Our parents ang heroes natin. I love you, ma." 

(It's true [that] our mommies are our heroes. Our parents are our heroes. I love you, ma)

Sarah and Mommy Divine drifted apart following the former's marriage to Matteo Guidicelli.
