Actor Albie Casiño appears unfazed by his absence at Jaclyn Jose's wake, mother of his ex-girlfriend Andi Eigenmann.

During the media conference of his new Vivamax film "Kasalo," Albie casually answered that he was not affected by Jaclyn's demise.

On March 2, Jaclyn, whose real name is Mary Jane Guck, died due to a heart attack. Jaclyn's death was first announced by PLM Management, then by her daughter Andi two days later.

"Unang-una, I just wanna say, rest in peace, Ms. Jane, tsaka condolences sa lahat ng tao na nagmamahal sa kanya. Pero hindi naman ako apektado d’un,” Albie said.

(First of all, I just wanna say, rest in peace, Ms. Jane, and condolences to all the people who love her. But I'm not affected by it)

Albie pointed out that he decided not to go to the wake because his presence might not be welcomed there.

"I don’t think my presence would be welcome there, so bakit ako makikiramay, di ba?” he added.

(I don't think my presence would be welcome there, so why do I need to mourn, right)

It can be recalled that in 2011, Andi and Albie got into a little mishap after Andi declared that Albie was the father of her daughter Ellie. He firmly denied the allegations which led to backlash from the public.

After the heated issue, it eventually came to the point where Ellie's real dad was revealed, which is Jake Ejercito, an ex-boyfriend, according to Andi’s paternal half-sister Max.
