ILOILO CITY – Five-hundred seven policemen assigned to Iloilo province were promoted on Monday, March 25.

The donning of ranks was conducted in a ceremony led by Police Brig. Gen. Jack Wanky, director of the Police Regional Office-6, in Camp Delgado, the PRO-6 headquarters here.
“Your dedication, hard work, and commitment to serving and protecting our community have not gone unnoticed,” said Police Col. Ronaldo Palomo, director of the Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO).
One lawman was promoted to lieutenant colonel, 21 to captain, 18 lieutenants, 18 executive master sergeants, 46 chief master sergeants, 97 senior master sergeants, 137 master sergeants, 124 staff sergeants, and 45 corporals.
“As you take on your new ranks, always uphold the values of integrity, discipline, professionalism, and compassion. Strive to make a positive impact on the lives of others and make a difference in our community,” added Palomo.
