Rescuer Dave Acosta said one bird fell from a tree which led to the discovery of two more.
Acosta fed them for three days and turned over to the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office Nueva Vizcaya-Satellite Office here.
They were brought to the Provincial Veterinary Office for examination and diagnosis.
They will be treated and taken care of by the wildlife advocate Northern Exotics and Wildlife Troopers, a non-profit organization from the Nueva Vizcaya State University, until they are capable of flying and surviving in the wild.
