
The Parañaque City government in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) conducted a mini-job fair on Friday, March 22 at SM Bicutan.
Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez said 21 companies participated in the mini-job fair and offered 536 job openings.
Olivarez said 88 job seekers applied at the job fair and 28 were hired on the spot.
He said the city government will continue to conduct job fairs with the help of the Public Employment and Services Office (PESO) to give opportunities to residents, especially the new graduates.
The mayor thanked the participation of DOLE and SM Bicutan during the conduct of the job fair.
