Two of Taguig’s most wanted persons were arrested in police operations in Bulacan and Parañaque on March 22.
The Taguig Police’s Warrant and Subpoena Unit arrested F. Martin, 67, in Zone 5, Barangay Pagala, Baliwag, Bulacan, according to a report by the Southern Police District (SPD) and Taguig Police.

Martin is tagged by the police as the No. 3 top most wanted person on the SPD level for March this year.
He was served a warrant of arrest with no recommended bail for the crime of qualified statutory rape issued on Feb. 13 by Presiding Judge Loralie Datahan of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 69.
In Parañaque, Taguig police arrested Kim Wilson Dizon, 33, tagged as the No. 7 most wanted person, in Barangay Sun Valley.

Dizon was nabbed based on a warrant of arrest (service of sentence) issued by Presiding Judge Marivic Vitor of the Taguig RTC Branch 266, who convicted him for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
