New 100-bed mega health center inaugurated in Cavite City
CAVITE – A newly constructed 100-bed mega health center was inaugurated in Cavite City on Friday, March 22.

The ribbon-cutting and turnover ceremony of the Cavite City MedCare Mega Health Center was led by Cavite 1st District Rep. Ramon Jolo B. Revilla III, Department of Health (DOH) Sec. Teodoro Herbosa, DOH Asec. Ariel Valencia, Cavite City Mayor Denver Reyes-Chua, Board Member Ram Revilla-Bautista, and other local officials.
A joint priority project of Rep. Revilla and his father, Sen. Ramon Bong Revilla Jr., the health center will provide outpatient, diagnostic, birthing, and pharmacy services.

During his speech, Herbosa pledged to work on the immediate provision of necessary equipment to ensure the efficiency of the new facility.
“Ang pagtatayo ng mga Mega Health Center tulad nito ay isang pamamaraan upang maabot natin at mapalakas ang universal health care. Dahil sa Bagong Pilipinas, ang bawat buhay ay mahalaga,” Herbosa said during his keynote message.

The Cavite City MedCare Mega Health Center is expected to be fully operational by April.
