2 kids found dead inside car in Angeles City

ANGELES CITY, Pampanga – Two children were found dead inside a car in Barangay Malabanias, this city, on Friday, March 22. 

Jaypee Santos, the owner of the car, a maroon Toyota Vios with license plates CBE-3794, parked his car in front of his house and discovered the victims inside when he returned. 

Closed-circuit television camera footage showed the victims playing and entering the car in the right side door. The victims who were cousins failed to get out.

Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. here said that the incident is under investigation. 

Lazatin has condoled with the families of two children aged two and three. 

He assured that the city government will help the families of the victims.
