Moro singer Shaira, who went viral for her Lenka-inspired song "Selos," proudly embraces her curvy figure despite beauty standards.

On Facebook, Shaira said she's happy with her figure which she describes as "chubby."

"Daming nagsasabi at nagmumungkahe na dapat daw magpapayat ako dahil celebrity na daw ako kaya dapat maganda ang body figure.

"Sorry po, di po ako artista, local artist lamang po ako and I am proud to say na sa chubby mo makikita ang ganda.

"Lahat ng chubby o mataba around the globe mag-ingay! Good Vibes lang!" she wrote.

Shaira announced that she would release a new song, "Kabir," on Spotify soon.

"Assalamu Alaikum po Guys! Ilalabas na po ang isa sa mga bago kong kanta soon," she said.

Dubbed the Queen of Bangsamoro Pop, Shaira went viral after her single 'Selos' (jealousy) captured the listeners' attention with its bouncy rhythm.

However, on March 19,  Shaira's team announced that they had removed the viral song "Selos" (jealousy) from streaming after the group of Australian singer-composer Lenka brought it to their attention and took action.

The AHS Channel, producer of Shaira's song, said it was in contact with the team of Lenka to make the song "Selos" an official cover song.
