This carrot sponge cake with lemon curd, caramelized nuts, and cream cheese mousse is both rich and delightful, making it a perfect sweet ending to any gathering. On March 31, 2024, celebrate Easter Sunday at Seasonal Tastes with its delectable lunch buffet featuring Roasted Turkey, Australian Beef Rump, Homemade Duck Tortellini, Plant-Based Baby Back Ribs, and more.
