Executive Order JD 2024-030 prohibits the consumption, sale, or possession of liquor, the use of audio or video equipment for loud music, and possession of firearms, bladed weapons, and similar items inside the park.

Also prohibited are smoking and littering and the operation of drones except for those authorized by the Office of the City Administrator, police, and the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

The bringing of backpacks is strongly discouraged for security purposes.

Police are mandated to confiscate all prohibited items while violators may face investigation, legal action, and or fines.

The Unified Task Force Zamboanga was tasked to support the police in maintaining orderliness in the area.

The guidelines shall apply from March 27 to 31, the observance of Holy Week.
