World Singles Congress slated in Tagbilaran City

TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol – The World Singles Congress (WSC) of the Missionary Families of Christ (MFC) will be held in this city from March 22 to 24 at the Bohol Cultural Center.

The MFC said the WSC is the annual gathering of members of single adults aged 21 to 39 belonging to their Singles section.

Organizers said the WSC will entail praise, worship, sit-down sessions, interactive activities, and fellowship night.

This year’s theme “Fixed on Jesus” was taken from Hebrews 13:8, which states, "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever."

“We face many distractions, crossroads, challenges, changes, and uncertainties, but we remain Fixed on Jesus, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever. We are fixed on Jesus in our life,” organizers said.

“This year, there will be seasons of victory, defeat, ups and downs, good times and not-so-good times, happiness or mourning, abundance or dryness. We fixed our eyes on the Unchanging God who is good, faithful, loving, merciful, and our promise keeper yesterday, today, and forever,” organizers added.
