QC fire victims receive aid from LGU

The Quezon City government has reached out to the victims of fire that broke out at a residential area in Barangay Damayan Lagi, Quezon City, on Tuesday, March 19.

The fire victims are temporarily staying at Trinity University of Asia-High School Covered Court and Scalabrini Theological House of Studies.

They were given hygiene kits, sleeping kits, starter kits, food packs, and hot meals. 

According to the Social Services Development Department (SSD), almost 200 families were affected by the fire. 

The QC Disaster Risk Reduction and Management provided partition tents while the QC Health Department provided medical assistance.
