Wellness Wednesdays at Park Inn by Radisson Davao
Harmonizing the body, mind, and soul
By MB Lifestyle

Adhering to the Park Inn by Radisson brand philosophy of "Feel Good," the Davao property offers guests an immersive gathering called Wellness Wednesdays, focusing on wellness and harmonizing the body, mind, and soul.

The 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga session led by Darla Dy, a certified Inside Flow Yoga Teacher accredited by the American Yoga Alliance and Samma Karuna – School of Awakening and Healing in Koh Phangan, Thailand, elevated the experience of rejuvenation. The session took place in the covered pre-function area, adjacent to the hotel's function room garden, allowing attendees to enjoy a glimpse of nature's beauty.
The pre-function area, designed with glass walls and equipped with air conditioning, is located right next to the vibrant garden – an ideal setting for social gatherings and wellness events. Additionally, it offers convenient access to the lush garden, creating an inviting space for outdoor activities.

A meal consisting of Antipasto Salad with Roasted Chicken and a Tummy Rescue drink, featuring ingredients like ginger, carrots, and honey, awaited the yogis for a well-deserved delight from DASH – the hotel's 24/7 self-service kiosk, which will soon feature a menu focused on healthy, light, and sustainable meals.

Enhancing the holistic experience, the hotel's lobby featured a dedicated wellness booth area. The showcased merchants included Padma PH, offering yoga mats, towels, and apparel; Curly’s Co, presenting vibrant and sleek designs of athleisure clothing; and Lush Co x Love, a collaborative venture providing essential oils, scented candles, linen sprays, and accessories.

As part of its commitment to the Feel Good philosophy, the hotel plans to continue hosting such gatherings, aiming to provide a platform for local businesses to showcase their products to diverse markets and contribute to the community's well-being.
