Of the nine drug personalities who were arrested, four are recidivists or drug users who had surrendered and agreed to undergo a Barangay Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (BCBDRP).
Around 1 p.m., PDEA-7 agents raided a drug den in Barangay Kinasang-an where eight persons were arrested.
Arrested were Yulino Navarro, 59; Chuckie Villeno, 36; and Jazz delos Reyes Quilario, 39. They are former drug surrenderers who had completed the CBDRP, said Leia Alcantara, information officer of PDEA-7.
Also arrested was Nestor Serdan, 72; Lexter Abaquita, 32; Glen Padinas, 39; Norman Larawan, 42, and Felix Tantiado, 56, who were caught inside the drug when PDEA-7 agents arrived.

About three hours later, another drug den on A. Borres St., Barangay Suba was also dismantled.
Arrested during the raid was Joemari Tagalog, 30, who also surrendered at the height of “Oplan: Tokhang,” the flagship anti-illegal drug campaign of former President Rodrigo Duterte.
Packs of suspected shabu worth P204,000 were seized during the raid, Alcantara said.
