Man drowns in Nueva Vizcaya irrigation canal

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya â€“ A 22-year-old man drowned in an irrigation canal in Barangay La Torre North here on Monday, March 18.

Police identified the victim as Jomar Gregorio Seres.

Seres, from Barangay Luyang, this town, but residing in Barangay La Torre, was seen floating on the irrigation canal.

He was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead.

The victim was last seen under the influence of liquor sitting on a wooden bench beside the irrigation canal.
